[MCPE-130765] Seed changes during world creation

While creating a world the seed changes to another seed and creates that seed but not the one inputted into the seed bar.
What I expected to happen:
1 put in a certain seed and get that world
2 be able to check out the new features in that world.

What actually happened:
I inputted a certain seed into the seed bar in the create new world screen and it creates another world seed entirely during world creation.

Steps to reproduce:
1 select Create new world.
2. Put a seed that you are currently playing on into the seed bar.
3. Create the world.
4. Check to see if the seed is the same seed you inputted before pressing Create.

You will find that the world created is not the same one as the seed connected to the seed you manually inputted in the world creation process.

My phone is Motorola Moto G Stylus Android 11 and I have another that I tested it on Moto G Power also Android 11.

Seed 1566367506 is one example of the seeds I tried this on and the explanation is in the comments.

Seed 1566367506 has a mountain (new generation) near spawn. The seed changed to -712464032 during generation of the world. I have been playing on 1566367506 since the beginning of the beta testing since I knew where the mountain was from the start. So when I put it in expecting to get the world and saw that it changed to a random seed I knew something was wrong. others who are following this can also give seed examples as well.

Seed 46739053 started on ios with a village nearby with a house on a floating island in a savannah. Tried to recreate a world with the same seed on the 1.17.10.22 beta on android, and spawned in a Taiga. Tried again and spawned on a beach, repeated 5 times, every world had different seeds. Trying to use the created seeds from those worlds on the same android beta to generate a new world always produced a new world with a different seed again.

One of the seeds in a world generated using the original seed is 182286589. Another seed was 1194108383.

So that's the thing! While trying to reproduce other errors, I could not create a world with the indicated seeds 😂! Definitely fixed in 1.17.10.23)
