Hi. My son and my daughter are having the same problems on their Nintendo switches. We know they can take some time to load but no images are loading on the market place and they can not connect to any of the servers as they will not load. Just says unable to connect. Both Switches connect at a speed of 64mbps download and 14 mbps upload so we know the connection is good for both and consistent. I play on my Xbox and have no problems and they both also have no problems on the laptop or PC. Please can you sort this out as otherwise the product you are selling is not fit for purpose as all the features can not be used as they don't work.
