Signs no longer work

I have found this issue when trying to input the following text into a sign

Line 1:
Line 2:Lily of
Line 3:The Valley
Line 4:

Expected Result

Sign Displays the text "Lily of the Valley"

Actual Result

Sign Stays Blank even when switching for example the 'o' to a '0' and same with 'l' to a 'I'

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?
