I am unable to use the Pancape anymore.
The Pancape has a blue arrow icon on the bottom right in the character creator, implying that I do not actually own the cape yet and I have to claim it. This arrow was never there yesterday I don't think. I only noticed it today.
However, there is no button on Windows 10 or Mobile that allows me to unlock/re-claim the cape once again.

UPDATE/SOLUTION: I decided to install the Beta version of Minecraft and discovered an option to re-claim the cape there. If you have the same problem as I did then I suggest doing the same thing and installing the beta to see if you can also get your Pancape back.
