Summary:
Dyes and glow ink sacs are consumed when used on a sign with no text.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place an empty sign

  2. Obtain a dye and glow ink sac

  3. Switch to Survival mode

  4. Use the dye and glow ink sac on the sign

Observed Results:
The dye and glow ink sac are consumed.

Expected Results:
The dye and glow ink sac should not be consumed.
