Nether blocks are placed before overworld blocks in creative inventory

1. Go into Creative game mode.
2. Open inventory.
3. Go to Nature tab.

Observed results
The first 9 blocks listed are Nether blocks.

Expected results
Overworld blocks (like dirt) should be placed first, while Nether blocks should be placed later in the inventory for consistency.
