This may be intentional if you or the servers have any safety settings enabled.
It's normal for your location to stay on the edge of the map upon going off of it. It would require making another map/expanding your map to see your location beyond your initial map.
This may be intended as mobs have a small chance to be able to pick up any item

When the dolphin is in a pool of water, it may get stuck on land when attempting to jump out to breathe. They can't seem to easily push themselves back into water when very close to it (MCPE-44918). Also happens when they attempt to jump from one body of water to another as well, although baby dolphins are more likely to push themselves back in.
I believe some dolphins are able to jump out of water, and some just aren't able to, despite having access to air.
Happens in 1.14.60 as well.

This does still happen in 1.14.60, but may be more closely related with MCPE-37229. This may also relate to MCPE-59701, as when dolphins "attempt" to jump over full blocks into another body of water, they will most likely "beach themselves" and are unable to get back into the water.

Upon restarting the game on mobile at least twice, I noticed the game was able to load in less than 30 seconds. This issue may not occur often, or may occur rarely.
