Summary:
The quick move animation does not play when a glow stick is quick moved in an inventory.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a new world with the Education Edition toggle enabled
Craft a glow stick (see the Glow Stick wiki page for the crafting recipe)
Quick move the glow stick
Alternatively:
Download and open [^[EDU] My World.mcworld]
Quick move the glow stick
Observed Results:
The glow stick does not have a quick move animation.
Expected Results:
The glow stick should have a quick move animation, just like other items.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.
Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now.
