Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open an inventory.

  2. Quick move some fence gates.

  3. Take a note of whether the quick move animation plays or not.

Observed Results:
The quick move animation does not play.

Expected Results:
The quick move animation plays.

This is more obvious in 1.21.10.20 due to the new quick move animation introduced in 1.21.0 preview versions.
