I can’t download music in the Marketplace. It says ‘Checking Download’ and nothing is happening. WIFI isn’t the problem.

Could you please provide more details or/and media files. As such we have no repro of this issue. Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.11)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
