Extra 11th bubble when using the "water breathing" potion effect

I also tested this bug on an iOS IPad Air 2 device running 0.13.2 alpha. Still happened. I wish I could show another screenshot of that, but I would have to create a separate ticket...

This bug isn't the same. I have the water breathing effect on.

Does not seem to work on 0.14.0 final release
