When I'm play on my world and when it rains, no batches of clouds are to be seen in the sky. I have the beautiful skies option turned on and I'm in a savannah biome.

Clouds should not appear in dry biomes like savannah. What's weird is that it shouldn't rain at all in those biomes.

its normal for clouds to appear and it rains when your in like a 'border' between savanah and another biome that it can rain a bit..

Beach is a beach biome and is not dry/warm so it can rain there. I assume this is "Works As Intended" then.
