Summary:
Snow layers lost its "gravity" and now if you place it in the air (you can also use a command), it will fly in the air, and will not fall. Of course, over time, he will still fall, but not immediately.
In version 1.17.10 it has "gravity".
Steps to reproduce:
Place the snow layer on the block.
Break the block.
Observed results:
The snow layer will float (and will fall over time).
Expected results:
The snow layer falls immediately.

Further information pertaining to this bug:
It is possible to replace the hanging snow blocks with other blocks by placing them in the snow block. This could enable constructing of unsupported aerial structures, albeit low-hanging ones.
Screenshots added to show this.

Developer Notes:
In the Java version, snow layers do not fall and it would be possible to fix this error along with the parity error)
Can confirm for 1.17.30.20. On one of my 1.17.20.23 worlds my base is on a mountain. Snow on a spruce tree would immediately fall down if the leaves were removed in that beta.
Yesterday I opened it on the current (.20.30) beta for the first time, and the snow just hangs in the air. If I was careful I could make unsupported discs of snow around trees.
Will capture screenshots today and add them.
