The reproduction steps are different for both.

@unknown The glow lichen can grow on the sculk shrieker when I placed it next to it not on so it can happen if you are a few blocks away and with the bone meal grows the glow lichen forwardforward and then on the sculk shrieker. The sculk veins cannot grow despite killing many mobs next to the sculk catalyst.

The glow lichen can also grow on the sculk shrieker with bone meal

Glow lichen can also be put and grown on the light block, and can be manually placed.

 

Please tell me if the Glow lichen on the path block is a bug. The Glow lichen on farmland is most likely a bug.
