I've been informed that recently the item "Ink Sac" & "Glow Ink Sac" are no longer able to be picked up by Zombies, Zombie Villagers, Husks and Drowned.
However, on the latest beta I found a Zombie underground holding an Ink Sac.
At this time, I have no idea if they still can or can't pick up a Glow Ink Sac; within the latest beta.

Please do not make bug reports based on something you heard and didn’t actually experience. A valid bug report will have steps to reproduce a behavior.
In this case, what you heard about was a change in Java Edition, not Bedrock. We are tracking the general issue at MCPE-125111.
