In case the description was too vague, I believe the issue is that when you spawn an animal on top of a block with an entity (in this case, enchanting tables) they don't move.

Is this correct?

@HyperCamel happens, when the hitbox is not a full block. Stairs, enchanting table, anvils, fences, i think also slabs, end frames etc.
