[MCPE-136406] Taking fall damage or losing health while flying with elytra

I was in the nether with my elytra flying trying to go to my nether portal when the next thing I know I was randomly taken damage and it took me to half a heart and I hit the ground too hard I don't know why I was taking damage while in the air.

Reopening so that we can separately track the issues related to taking damage fall unexpectedly when using Elytra specifically.

Would you be able to export and upload/link the affected world to the issue or in a comment? I could not reproduce using a new world and my old worlds, I suppose it would be easier to reproduce on an older world that had experienced the issue before.
