Summary: If a Addon Creator wanted to Make a Custom Bow it would be Impossible due to the fact the component is completely functionless you can see by downloading the test bow.json file below and using it in a addon you'll see that linking the bow as a attachable and giving it a animation breaks the textures as well and the shooter component doesn't even shoot the projectile with the proper item in your inventory.
Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Download the test_bow.json file below and use it in a Addon.
Step 2: Load a Minecraft World with all the Experiments Enabled.
Step 3: Grab the item from the Creative Inventory.
Observed Result: The Minecraft:Shooter Component Doesn't Function at All.
Expected Result: Minecraft:Shooter Component Should Function.
