I planted some cave vines in my survival world, it's been a long time since i planted them, probably 2 weeks ago, the light level was really high, and they didn't grow any glow berries.

They have a chance to grow them when the vine grows. When it finishes growing, glow berries will be unaccessible unless you replant.
