firstly, with the character editing issue,i am unable to choose a new skin to put on other than the ones i already saved. i've tried deleting a character and reselecting the skin i want to put on, but when i go backΒ it just saves as steve, no matter what i do. this is especially annoying because i JUST bought a new skin pack and i can't even use it. this issue has been happening since yesterday, which was when i bought the new skin pack and attempted to change my skin.
secondly (granted, this issue isn't nearly as annoying as the first issue), but images in the marketplace will not load. so i am not able to see what i purchase unless i were to search it on the internet. this issue has been happening for at least two months now.
in regards to the first issue, if this happen to anyone else, how do i fix this?

Hey, I play Nintendo as well and I have gotten both of the glitches you are talking about. I was just about to make a report. I'm Pretty sure that the glitch started with the 1.17 update. I was able to purchase a skin pack but upon trying to use the skin, it would revert to steve of the skin i had saved pre-update. The De-bug updates haven't addressed these. It particularly upsets me that i can not use the skins i need or want to, and as well as some of my skins are outdated. I hope that Mojang/Microsoft can help with this issue. My friends (also Nintendo players) also have said they are struggling with the same glitch.Β
Edit: the marketplace issue has been happing (to me at least) since the villager/pillager update. I've only been able to fix it if my device has a strong connection to the internet. I haven't been able to recreate the "fixing" of that problem, but its worth taking a look at.
