Flowing water isn't completely removed after being looked while holding small dripleaf

When you remove the water after holding the small dripleaf, the flowing water still exists on the ground when you look at the flowing water that is affected that you look at it while holding the small dripleaf. This only affects the edge/smaller size of the flowing water. This bug is related to MCPE-123373, and this is the result of it.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place a water bucket on the ground.
2. Hold a dripleaf and look at the water, especially the edge of the flowing water.
3. Remove the water.

Expected Results
All waters are removed.

Observed Results
The water on the edge of the water source is still laying on the ground, and not removed.
