[MCPE-139659] Render Distance limit has been reduced

In earlier beta or in the current stable release, I have been able to get up to 56 chunks of render distance. However, in this beta, I am only able to get 20, literally half of the chunks I can see.

My max render distance on my PC dropped from 76, to 20 chunks.

It probably does, but if the player wants to have worse performance for more render distance they should be able to choose so

be thankful i can see from 6-16 chunks and even at 6 my computer wants to explode
