Sound system gets decimated when changing the sound output

Every time you change the sound output from speakers to headphones, the game’s sound gets almost entirely decimated. It can be super loud at times, and the only ways to fix it are to leave the game or keep the sound output on what it was before. Not only that, but if you unplug headphones, the game straight up crashes. It drives me insane having to reboot the game so I can play splitscreen with someone. It could also cost villagers due to ANOTHER bug that still hasn’t been fixed yet. Please fix this to save me from massive headaches.

Are you sure this isn't an issue with your console's volume settings for different outputs, and not in Minecraft itself?

If I change sound output on any other game it doesn’t have this problem. It’s in the game itself.

Is this still an issue in the latest version?
