In creative and placing down minecarts, or minecarts with TNT. Trying to break them will fail to work. This bug is very annoying as there is no way to get rid of the carts. I would like to see this fix in the next minecraft update.

I cannot reproduce this. Please ensure that you are following the procedure for placing down any minecart correctly:
1. Place any rail on a any solid block.
2. Place the minecart on the rail.
To destroy the minecart:
1. Tap on an already placed minecart once with a sword, or a few times with any other object.

Tested on Win 10 edition, carts broke instantly with or without sword, in creative.
In survival, they take a few punches to break, or a single hit with a sword.
