Berry Bushes no longer damage mobs

Berry Bushes are no longer damaging mobs such as zombies, creepers, and spiders. I have noticed that even the village cats are not being damaged by the bushes. This happened after the most recent snapshot. Before that my dogs would take damage in the bushes as well as some llamas. The mobs don't even seem to see the bushes and avoid them as they walk right into them.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a sweet berry bush

2. Grow the sweet berry bush with bone meal

3. Spawn a mob inside the sweet berry bush

Observed Results:
The mob takes no damage.

Expected Results:
The mob should take damage.

Notes:
Players still take damage.
