Summary: Nether Roots and Vines and Wart Blocks can Generate on the Roof or Ceiling below y 128 thats exposed to air.
Steps To Reproduce:
Step 1: Go to Nether in 1.17.30.23 with Caves n Cliffs Toggle Enabled.
Step 2: Locate Warped or Crimson Biome.
Step 3: Fly Around.
Step 4: Repeat.
Observed Result: Nether Features Generate on Ceiling.
Expected Result: Nether Features Shouldn't Generate on Ceiling.

i had media similarily to my other bug reports all my screenshots are deleted from bug reports for no reason at least idk why

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)? Also, can you please provide the world and/or seed in which the issue can be observed?

Can you give more data please - what platform are you playing on(Xbox, Android or Windows 10 PC), the game mode, etc.
Also, I'm not sure if "below y=128" refers to the nether or the overworld, and whether you must leave the nether and return for the bug to manifest. Thanks.
