Xbox Bedrock Missing Founders Cape

Ever since caves and cliffs part 1 update came out it took away the founders cape I paid for now I been told and told again that a fix was put out for that bug of the missing founders cape but that was well before the caves and cliffs update came out and now my cape is missing now I have picture proof that I paid for it and picture proof of a character skin using it but its not in the inventory for me to equip it to any character skins. I want to report this cause its been missing for about over a month now and people at minecraft.net are pretty much useless for help when i provide proof of owership. Now i was told by Miles to post this here for programers/developers to see and to fix so I hope this gets done soon havent played minecraft in 2 months cause of my missing founders cape. Now I play on minecraft bedrock version on console but have no clue the version cause i dont ever pay any attention to that garbo like pc java players do cause all I want to do is play it not memorize the version of it lol and also the affect version/s part on this to fill out I had no clue what so ever on what that is about or what that even means. So I hope there is enough info here to help if not please feel free to reach out and hope I can find my way back here to this post (since this site is very none user friendly and hurts my brain cause of the learning disabilities I have to deal with my whole life.

An extension to my ticket I would like to add I dont play Minecraft beta on bedrock (xbox one s) just the normal vanilla version and i dont play pocket edition either (heck i dont even own a cell phone to do that). But would like to see this get fixed for xbox platform.
