In singleplayer with creative mode enabled, I built a circuit (like the one in the file) then I exited the game and loaded the world again. The repeater that had been powered was still in its locked state but no longer powered. After testing this in the PC edition of Minecraft, the repeater does not forget the state that it was locked in, so the bug might only be in MCPE. This issue probably has something to do with the way NBT data is saved for repeaters. Also, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, and I would appreciate it if this bug got fixed 🙂

Just tested the bug in both spawn chunks and normal chunks by flying far enough away to unload the chunks. The locked repeater stays powered after returning to the chunks in both cases.
