So i was exploring my world and i found a village but the well had a huge stone brick pillar on it. I broke into it and noticed it was a spiral staircase from the stronghold i dug around for a bit and found no other pieces of the stronghold. So i traveled for even more time and found another village with another one of those but this time the staircase was lowered into the well with the entrance sticking out i dug about a chunk or 2 out to find the rest of the stronghold but nothing was there
