We are not able to play multiplayer with each other anymore in our single player worlds after beign able to do so for the past few weeks. She can't join my world and I cant join hers either. Whenever we try to connect we are faced with the message "Unable to connect to world" followed by a load screen similar to the one you get when you disconnect from a world.
I'm currently using the Pocket Edition for android, and she's using the Windows 10 edition, but this also happened when I also had the Windows 10 Edition.
We used to play using a workaround that no longer seems to work. She could connect to my world but I couldn't connect to hers until she joined mine first and then I could disconnect and connect to hers. This happened back in the 1.14 if I'm not mistaken.
But this workaround stopped working like two days ago, now neither of us can connect to the other's world, and now we can't play at all.

is your account up to date? because the error also occurs with me when I haven't updated the game for a long time or when updates are pending
try to update it in the game store and beet that it works afterwards ;D
