[MCPE-14175] Mobs don't spawn in dark places even at night

-Mobs don't spawn in dark places, for example in my mobfarm. They only spawn on the ground.
-Don't spawn in caves neither.

Can you be a bit more specific about the bug you found? Mobs do spawn in dark places in general, but there are a few exceptions to this, namely MCPE-12422 and MCPE-14022.

My farm is 20x20x3
Mobs don't spawn there, only spawn around, but no inside of the farm.
