Whenever I have a block with a ticking component in a structure and the structure generates through world-gen, it crashes the game. This only occured when the new 1.17.30 update released. The crash occurs everytime the structure is generated via world gen. When generated from a structure block, it works fine.

To reproduce steps:
Create a custom block using the ticking component.
Save the custom ticking block in a structure.
Make the structure generate in the world using features, and make the scatter chance high to have it spawn frequently.
Start a new world.
The results of this should either be the game completely crashing, or the world going into a "frozen" state where no new chunks will load, no mobs will move, etc.

The expected result is for a structure to load an entity into the world.
