1.17.30.04 Game not loading on Kindle Fire

I have the exact same problem on my Kindle fire, me and my brother have made a super detailed world and we have put a lot of effort into it. It wasn't until a few days ago when i tried to load up my minecraft and it crashed after around 10 seconds of a black screen; it didn't even bring up the minecraft loading screen with the loading symbol. We tried backing up the files but nothing seems to work, it's a shame that such a great game could turn into something so stressful. 

Please fix this Mojang!

SInce update cannot login on fire hd10 to minecraft, very unhappy children who can only watch others play on YouTube when pay for realms subscription so they can play together since are separated because of covid. Like the 7 and 5 year old said, this stinks. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. Nothing works. It is red mom and screen then black screen then shuts down, every time.

Does anyone know if or when this issue will be fixed or do I have to go out and buy a new device?

Hi, please can I also report the same issue.  Kindle Fire 10 generation 7.  App crashes after red Mojang logo screen.  Have tried a full factory reset of tablet and fresh install of Minecraft.

We're having the same problem. I've tried rebooting and clearing the cache. 

Fire HD 10 (7th generation).

Same issue for me–Fire OS 5.6.8.0, hasn't been working since update to 1.17.30.04 installed.

We have the same problem on a Kindle Fire 7 (4th generation), running OS 5.6.8.0. Re-booting, re-installing Minecraft doesn't work. It's school holidays! Very hard on the children not to have this working!

We have the same issue. We have 3x Kindle Fire HD10 with the latest updates installed. None of them are allowing us to load Minecraft. We tried reinstalling the app from scratch and starting again with no joy.

We have tried logging in to the same Minecraft account using using an older Kindle Fire HD8 (so we could take back control of our realm) and it works perfectly, so I know this issue is specific to the HD10.

Interestinly we have 2 Kids Kindle Fire HD10's. One purchased in 2019 and one purhcased this year.

Both on same versions of OS and minecraft, Yet the older one cant load the game but the newer one can...

Does anyone know when this issue will be resolved and or if Mojang will fix it?

I have the same problem on a  Fire HD10 (7th generation) running Fire OS 5.6.9.0.

I tried "Reset to Factory Defaults" but Minecraft doesn't work.

What is happening with this?  

Please can we have an update on this problem? Our Amazon Fire version of Minecraft has been down now for well over a week!? It's driving my son crazy!? Surely you must have some explanation and solution by now... You're Mojang after all! This must be an easy simple fix for you.... It's effecting so many people from the looks of it.

i had a Amazon Fire too and i had this same problem but even if you get it to work
it may crash and have a laggy performance i say this by experience
i reset the whole tablet for it to finally download losing many files 😞

I'd be happy with it lagging if I could get on!? It crashes immediately and returns to home screen.... Mojang needs to correct this asap as it's clearly effecting maybe thousands of users!

I'd like to highlight the comment from @nwilkins above - I have this problem on an older Kindle Fire HD10.

Is this going to get fixed at all? 

This Bug is over a week old pls fix asap its sooo frustrating not to play ! 

Have tried twice to get action on this via Minecraft support and failed.

Have now gone to Amazon to point out the app doesn't work on 7th Gen Fire 10. Hopefully Mojang will look at the issue.

This issue has been going on for well over a week now and I can't see any update to us from Mojang. I apologise if ive missed something, but surely Mojang, you can give us an update....??? I got hotfix ver 1.17.32.02. But it doesn't work on fireHD10 (7th gen).

Works on fire 7 . Amazon . But not on HD fire 10. 

My son's 7th gen is working . Try again today.

Having the same issue on a Fire HD 10

Tried both tablets, HD10 7thGen, and neither works with update version 1.17.32.02 and a fresh install.

The black screen of death right after the Mojang red splash screen is longer before the crash, but the screen right after the red one is normally white.

Our family is also experiencing this issue on our 2 fire tablets to the dismay of our sons. Thank you to developers working on this issue, let me know if there’s anything I can do to help troubleshoot.
After clicking the application icon, the tablet shows the red splash screen before crashing into blackness for a few seconds and then returning to a tablet’s Home Screen.

This issue should be fixed in today's hotfix (version 1.17.33).

Do I have to wait for a update?

Thanks Jay. It's working! For anyone struggling, you need to go to the appetite and go to Minecraft. There download the update and this will resolve the problem.....
