Realms doesn't respond

When playing realms. Either you go home or if you turn off the screen of your phone then turn it back on . This would make your game unresponsive without noticing since you can still move around and interact with doors. But the signs that it's unresponsive are
1. Chest won't open
2. Mobs and other players doesn't move
3. There is no sound (like door opening)
4. You won't take any damage
5. When you destroy any block, it gives you no drops
