When I equip a skin from a skin pack that I’ve upload to minecraft from an app or a website it unequips the skin and changes it to one from the minecart character creator.
Steps to Reproduce:
Download and import
Equip the first skin in the skin pack
Exit the classic skins menu
Observed Results:
The skin reverts to the previously equipped skin.
Expected Results:
The skin should remain equipped.

Cause:
This is caused by the skin's localization name in skins.json consisting only of numbers. To workaround the issue, open skins.json in your skin pack, locate the affected skin(s), and add a letter to the localization name. This should allow you to equip the skin.

I’m not sure how to do that, but I’ve uploaded a few different skin packs and they all don’t seem to work. They’re all from an app called Skinseed, if that helps.
I have noticed that it only is happening on my Windows 10 version. Each version is paid for and for windows I have un-installed and re-installed it a few times with no luck
No longer supplies an "Equip skin" button (or anything that should be in the UI widget itself), the UI element remains blank.
The "Equip" button no longer showing for custom skin packs is a different issue that is being tracked at MCPE-152216.
Could you attach the skin pack to this ticket?
