[MCPE-142168] Tamed cats and dogs are unresponsive after new update

I logged into Minecraft last night while it was updating and I think it may have messed with my survival world. In my survival world, none of my cats or dogs are able to sit, eat/be fed, or be leashed. This problem does not carry over to my other worlds.

This is actually MCPE-57431, not MCPE-50467, because the affected animals cannot be leashed.
