Dripstone Caves biome temperature is too cold

The dripstone caves biome may leak through big mountains, either by going out on the sides of it or through actual cave openings. However, it may generate snow layers depending on how high it is. This looks odd on biomes that don't have snow, while the opposite wouldn't be nearly as off putting.

On Java Edition, it doesn't generate snow because its temperature is the same as a plains biome (0.8), while on Bedrock it's as cold as extreme hills (0.2).

Duplicate [MCPE-141666]. I will correct the report a little to make it more informative.

@unknown This report is actually more correct, as it's simply the biome having the incorrect temperature. It doesn't try to match the temperature of the biome surrounding it. It's also more direct, simpler to understand and can be found more easily by those who search for a report about snow on the sides of mountains. For those reasons, I'll be forward resolving yours instead, hope that's fine for you. 🙂
