My minecraft world keeps closing down everytime I teleport to the city.
Is there a possible way to fix this?

In the world selection screen, click on the pencil icon next to your world.
Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and click on the Export World button.
Go to a file sharing site like Dropbox or OneDrive and upload the exported world.
Copy the link to the download and paste it here.
My game did not crash after teleportation to the coordinates you specified in the video. Perhaps, as on a weaker device, the game crashes because of 5 resource packs. Try disabling them. I also found a bed in the city where you have a respawn point. Try to die and be reborn in the city. Perhaps your game won't crash.

Could you provide a copy of the world? Since the world is larger than 10MB, you will need to upload it to a file sharing site and then share the link.
