@Mega_Spud I am not the creator of the report, however, this bug sometimes occurs when I teleport to a far away place. It takes a long time to load the new chunks and sometimes it doesn't even load.

Xiaomi Poco F3
256GB
8GB RAM

Samsung Galaxy J4+
Android 9, 2GB RAM.
I know its not a high end device, it still runs a little smoother in the current full release of the game
