When I open Minecraft there's no menu. I already tried reinstalling, clear cache but it didn't work.

are you installing from an Android Package (apk)? if yes, you should install (download) it from the Play Store to update it. If not (if you are from Play Store), i cannot offer any other solutions yet.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. What version of the game are you using? You can find out the version of the game in the settings of the application. Go to settings > applications > minecraft.
