Attached block to the full snowlayer does not update anymore when shoot some arrows on it

How to produce:

  1. Stack the snowlayer to a full block.

  2. Attach some "attached block" to the snowlayers.

  3. Shoot some arrows to the snowlayers.

  4. Wait until it just 1 high snow.

  5. Picked up the arrow.

Fixed in 0.15.90.8 as the arrow no longer reduce the snow layers height.
