8 snow layers stacked behave like half slabs instead of a full block

Snow layers can be placed on top of each other. When 8 of them are being stacked together, the snow block only has a hit-box of a half slab. I expect it to function like a normal full block.

Phone model: ASUS Zenfone 2.

I haven't been to places with snow,
but sinking in snow in Minecraft sounds unnatural to me.
If you stack 9 snow layers together, the snow lump will act as a full block.

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Android 5.1.1 Version: 0.12.2

It affects Samsung Galaxy S4, Andriod 4.4 with MC version 0.12.3 as well

Confirmed for 0.15.0. (Tested on Windows 10.) I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. In the Java edition, every size of snow layer has a different hitbox depending on its size.

Please respond and add the current version if you can reproduce this issue.

This bug has been reported to our internal bug tracker for further testing and a fix. It is scheduled to be fixed in one of the future updates (no specific date can be provided).

Renamed the issue title to be more accurate... top snow IS NOT THE SAME as snow blocks in MCPE.

This seems fixed in 1.14

I cannot confirm. This issue stills seems to persist in 1.14.1. Tested on W10Edition.

I just checked and I can confirm the issue is fixed as of 1.14.1.5.
