Snow layers have incorrect boundingboxes.
If you stand on a full snowtop block you will fall to half of it.
Unlike Java edition where you can make nice snow stairs, they don't look good on Bedrock and the shadow will make for some weird visual defects on the side, making the snow seem like it is a half block and another part block on top of it.
This can be fixed by applying the correct boundingbox to snowlayers.
(one layer should have no boundingbox, per layer 1/8 should be added. The full snowtop block should just be a full block)
