i recently updated to the latest beta (1.18.0.21), only to find that i have been logged out, and the game does not recognize the save folder (0/games/com.mojang).
Edit:
game does not read 0/games/com.mojang, instead creates new directory on:
0(Device Storage)/Android/data/com.mojang.minecraftpe/files/games/com.mojang
copying and merging files from 0/games/com.mojang then reopening the game resolves the issue
