skins i create fail to load, many skins havent loaded in weeks. Please resolve soon as i have purchased items i would like to use

Not a duplicate, skins won't even load as steve or alex. It just shows a little box that says reload. Click it and it plays a stupidly loud exp sound and says failed to load. Its on ps4 and mobile, mobile rarely loads them and ps4 hasnt loaded them in weeks.
In that case, wrong project. This project (MC) is for Java Edition only, for Bedrock edition, go to MCPE.
