Partial Blocks Convert Dirt Path Blocks to Dirt

When a Partial Block is placed over top of a Dirt Path Block, it converts the Path Block to a dirt block.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place Dirt Path.

2. Place the blocks shown above so that they do not touch the Dirt Path.

Observed results:
Dirt Path converts to dirt.

Expected results:
Dirt Path does not convert to dirt.
