Hair from character creator clips through the player's body

The V-cut-died-tips from the character creator clips through the player's body and capes, wich is visible when looking up or equiping a cape, wich doesn't happen with other hair options of similar or bigger lenght.

Steps to reproduce:
1 - equip "v-cut-died-tips".
2 - equip a cape or back item, or simply resume game
3 - look up using 3rd person font view
Observed results:
The back hair piece will render through the player's body and most back itens.
Expected results:
The back hair piece should not move with the rest of the player's head, or clip through other itens.
