mob spawning has broken

As I play through the night mobs should spawn.

As I play though with this new update, mobs haven't been spawning
Maybe one or two but that's about all

As you play and night falls whether you're inside your home waiting
for mobs to spawn or if your outside waiting mobs don't spam
The most I've seen is maybe 4 or 5 bit more often only 2 will spawn.

I don't expect this to be high priority with some of the more major bugs,
It would be nice for mobs to spawn more frequently.
