[MCPE-146492] Plants float upon being exploded while in a snow layer

Plants placed in a snow layer do not break from explosions from TNT and creepers.

Place any plant that can be placed in the same block with the snow layer (flowers, grass)
Place a snow layer in the same space as the plant
Place a creeper or TNT next to it
Explode the creeper or TNT

All blocks around the plant are destroyed; the plant is left floating in the air.

The plant, like the rest of the blocks, will be destroyed by the explosion.

I tested it on 1.18.0.24 beta and the grass also didn't explode:

I confirm. However, I would update the description as it is not entirely complete.

Summary:

Plants placed in a snow layer do not break from explosions TNT and creeper.

Steps to reproduce:

Place any plant that can be placed in the same block with the snow layer (flowers, grass).
Place a snow layer in the same space as the plant.
Place a creeper or TNT next to it.
Explosions a TNT or creeper by destroying all blocks around the placed plant.

Observed results:

All blocks around the plant are destroyed, the plant is left standing in the air.

Expected results:

The plant, like the rest of the blocks, will be destroyed by the explosion.

This video can confirm these are phantom blocks, since the /testforblock command says it's just air
