When ever I uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it my world for external storage disappear

This is not a minecraft bug, these are just the rules for deleting an application on your device. When you delete it all files are deleted too. For example, to prevent this from happening, I use the "ES File Explorer" application.

Also, a reliable solution remains to back up worlds at /games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds
